      Description

      Playful - Independent - Silly

Yoda is the play time leader. He loves playing with his brothers and his toys. His favorite game is chasing after a ball because it shows off his speedy run. He also chases string, the other cats, and even his own tail if there is nothing else. He occasionally lets out sweet little social chirps when he is trying to call his brothers to his attention.

This guy tends to be shy around people, and a bit hesitant, but he loves being pet. And this will be apparent when you hear the loudest purr on the planet. If you pick him up he will lay there very sweetly, and never scratches inappropriately. He will sometimes come sleep by you on the bed, or the couch, but he prefers snuggling with his siblings.

Living up to his name, Yoda has large ears and an adorable little face. He is a classic orange tabby with soulful eyes, and a soft meow that he only uses when he is hungry. His love of food is second only to his love of playing. He has great litter box manners, and he very rarely scratches on furniture. He gets along wonderfully with other kitties, and he really thrives off of their companionship. He would do best in a home with another kitten his age, or a playful cat.

Yoda may not win you over by walking up to you confidently and requesting attention, but his silly playtime behaviors, sweet noises, and cute face will surely do the trick.

All APA! foster kittens/cats are litter box-trained, tested for FeLV/FIV, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for worms/fleas, microchipped and come with a 30-day health insurance plan.

If you have additional questions about this kitty or the adoption process, please email adopt@austinpetsalive.org.
