About the Animal Shelter

The mission of the Animal Care Trust is to protect animals from neglect, abuse and exploitation; to advocate for their interests and welfare; to reduce the unwanted pet population through an effective spay/neuter program; and to inspire and educate our citizens toward an awareness and compassion for all living beings.

Adoption Process

Fill out the adoption questionnaire and agreement. Each animal will leave the Center spayed or neutered, vaccinated, heartworm (dogs) or FeLV/FIV (cats) tested, de-wormed, treated for fleas/ticks, given heartworm preventative if applicable and microchipped. Dog: $100 Puppy: $125 or Two for $200 Cat: $100 Kitten: $100 or Two for $100
