      Description

The Regional Center for Animal Control & Protection is working with many rescue groups, including the Roanoke Valley SPCA, to save the lives of unclaimed adoptable animals. Animals on this site are in danger of euthanasia due to space limitations. Please contact rescue@rvspca.org with the animal's number for more information.

Hartley just wants to have fun. She is an energetic puppy who has a zest for life and only knows one mood. Happy. Hartley does jump but it's only because she's so doggone happy to see you. This girl could use some coaching with leash manners and would best benefit in a home that can offer her daily exercise. She is a favorite with a volunteer, and she just needs one thing in her life to be complete..... *YOU*.

This animal is currently at the Regional Center for Animal Control and Protection and is in danger of euthanasia.   If you are interested in saving this animal’s life by adopting or if you are a Rescue organization please contact the RCACP Front Desk at 540-344-4922 with the animal’s ID number. Additionally, please note that all “meet and greets” with RCACP pets are by appointment only.  Before adoption, all pets spayed/neutered, vaccinated  and microchipped.

Thank you for saving a life!
