Dulce means sweet in Spanish and that is exactly what this little girl is. Dulce is a 2.5 year-old old spayed female chihuahua who was surrendered to the shelter in Martinez when her human family lost their home. She is up to date on all her shots and has been well cared for by her former family. She loves other dogs, but is shy with new people and places. If you pick her up and hold her, she'll melt right into you. She is sweet as can be but will need a little time to recover from all the big changes in her life. We think it would be great if she could find a home with another friendly but confident dog. If you'd like to meet her, please let us know!
