      Description

Dillon is a 12 weeks old boxer/lab/shepherd mix. He is a really sweet, laided back boy. Dillon was found in the woods with his mom and five siblings, living in the truck of an oak tree. We gathered them up and took them into foster care. They have been socialized and are up to date on their vaccines (parvo/distemper x 2 and bordetella) and deworming x 3 and are being neutered this weekend.  They are currently on Frontline Plus and Heartguard for heartworm prevention. They are being fostered in Asheboro, NC and if you would like to meet them, please contact their foster mom at dndkeller18@embarqmail.com.

All animals adopted from the Humane Society of Randolph County must be heartworm (dogs) and feline leukemia (cats) negative. All animals are spayed or neutered and up-dated on vaccinations (parvo, rabies, distemper, etc.) prior to adoption. Tax-deductible adoption fees are $75.00 for dogs and $60.00 for cats. All cats are required to be indoor companions. All dogs are required to be kept indoors or in safely contained outdoor areas. Please remember the adoption cost covers spay/neuter fees, vaccination fees, and testing fees. These fees greatly outweigh the adoption cost. Call or email us if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets. Please leave contact information when you call so our foster parents can reach you. Contact us for more information about our organization or if you would like to volunteer.
