Rat Terrier & Chihuahua Adoption : Sybil from New Rattitude, Inc.

Sybil is a very gentle, easy-going Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix who is about 2 years old and weighs approximately 10-1/2 lbs. Sybil loves people and is friendly with anyone she encounters. She will greet everyone that comes in the door, with no preference for men or women. She is very affectionate, loves to be cuddled, and will immediately give kisses. Although there are no children in her foster home, with her personality she would probably be great with them. She gets along well with cats (ignores them) and also gets along fine with other dogs but is timid with them. So far, she just watches them play from the sidelines but she looks as though she would like to jump in and join them. She has started to work on potty training and is already getting better after just a few days in her foster home, although she does not yet mastered going to the door to 'ask' to go out. Sybil is just now starting to learn other things, like walking on leash and being outside without fear. She listens to basic commands and is crate trained at night without any problems; in fact, she will go to her crate for comfort and just watch, as long as you are in the room. She doesn't chew up anything in the house, and is well-mannered and sweet. She loves to watch out the window but doesn't bark. She is a quiet, easy-going dog who is very people-oriented and just likes to be with her humans. She would so love to be an appreciated part of someone's family!
